Full telephone technical support is offered during normal working hours* and is manned by helpful staff who are not only knowledgeable on the products they support but also understand the industry that their customers work within.
To assist both customers and the technical support team each supported customer is provided with an optional secure FTP site. The use of this service has been proven to increase the speed at which customers support calls are resolved. We can offer support via remote access at no additional charge, however you may need additional software to support this.
